Shipping policy

We ship using New Zealand Post & Post Haste Couriers.

You Select from the collection range for shipping, it is your responsibility to select the method for the product purchased.

We offer the following shipping domestically:

Courier 
Delivery Target: Up to 3 working days Includes tracking confirming when item is dispatched and delivered to your address.

We offer the following shipping methods internationally:

International Air Parcel
- Delivery Target: 3 - 10 working days
- Prompt worldwide letter and parcel service to over 220 destinations
- Delivery to PO Boxes and rural areas may have an additional cost
- Standard compensation cover for loss or damage is up to NZ$2,000.

International Courier
- Delivery Target: 2 - 6 working days
- Online tracking by key events and signature on delivery
- Ideal when cost is more important than speed:
- Delivery to door service
- Delivery to rural areas at no additional cost in most countries and PO Box delivery available (selected destinations only)

Please note: we will ship your items within 48 hours of purchase and will of course package your item(s) appropriately for safe transit.
